Wombles

First outing for the LACC Wombles! Bring a pal, bring the kids, bring the dogs, just bring yourself..

The Community Council have agreed to establish a volunteer Wombles group to help keep up the beautiful appearance of our area, through community engagement and shared responsibility. Fife Council have provided us with litter pickers, gloves and bags and will uplift the results of our efforts. Andy’s shop will provide dog bags. The LACC have provided funds to purchase Hi-Vis vests for volunteers and flyers to highlight the problem and spread awareness.

We will be meeting at the back of the Lundin Golf Club car park at 12 and walking along the paths and beach towards Massney Braes and finishing at the exit onto Drummochy Road around 2pm. If you can only spare a half hour, we’d still love to see you!
